1) The staff was smiling and polite, despite that we had had a hard discussion in the beginning. 2) One of the staff helped me (partly whispering) to find my way to Bangkok when I insisted on going by bus/skytrain (20 + 40 bath).

I strongly recommend not to use this hotel. It is far from airport, city and skytrain. With taxi you will trippel the cost of one room to get anywhere. And the hotel itself is in bad shape, in a lousy area. 1) They charge 200 bath for one airport-pickup. In Norwegian website it is described as free. When I grabbed a taxi 50m from the hotel back to airport, I paid 100 bath! 2) When I asked in reception how to get to Bangkok city, they said taxi, 400 bath one way (2/3 of price for my room). I had to struggle to get information about cheaper options. 3) The hotel seems to be used for permanent living as well. Many balconies were filled whit clothes and kitchen-stuff. 4) The hotel was in poor condition, and my bathroom was a sorrow

Quiet and peaceful environment.. Its not on the road side, but interior.

Arrived at airport in the night 8:30pm and the taxi came to pickup. Initially, I read it that pickup and transfer is free and included in hotel room rent. But upon arrival at hotel, they argued, to pay the taxi charge 200bt(100 one way). As don't want to spoil our mood, paid extra 200bt. this hotel is away from all the places and they didn't even helped to call taxi, even upon many requests. completely wasted our stay and spoiled trip. just stick to hotel itself. Whatever facilities mentioned on their site are not true. No Restaurants, spa, massage etc,.. In the hotel. They all are near by and have to take taxi.. Worst thing is upon drop at airport, the taxi driver again argued to pay 200bt taxi charges. Again end up pay 200bt more...
